Policy services

SSF Medical Institute is an organization whose missions are to assist health professionals who have graduated from foreign countries to join the United States Health System.

 

According to its mission, SSF Medical Institue offers services to its associates such as Registrations, Trainings and Exams.

 

All these services are institutional and accepted by most educational institutions in the area of ​​health of the American Union, however, some institutions may reserve the right to accept them in situations of job offers or enrollment in any educational program.

 

Because of this, SSF Medical Institute establishes a policy of exclusive responsibility of the associate (student) to investigate and find out if the service they are acquiring by SSF Medical Institute is accepted by the institution to which they are applying, be it a job position or some educational program.

 

This is why no payments or contributions made to our organization are not refundable.

We are not a vocational school, college, or university. Our programs are designed solely for the personal enrichment of our associates and without the purpose of providing jobs.

Refund Policy.

 

Our organization will make money refunds in isolated and unique cases which must fall within this special category in which the associate "did not receive the service offered" for circumstances such as:

 

"The training program was definitively canceled and the associate did not receive the service for which you signed up. ”

 

For any other situation that is not within the aforementioned category, the member must follow the regulations indicated in the document signed at the time of becoming a member (Institutional Policies of SSF) which the member declares to have read and fully understood our institutional policy and accepts the responsibility to research and find out that the service they are obtaining in SSF Medical Institute is accepted for the institution they are applying for, either for work or for educational purposes.

 

In addition to this, you agree that any payment made to our institution is not refundable. 

 

This form must be filled out solely and exclusively by those members who comply with the exception clause in which they are creditors for the return of their money accepting the SSF Medical Institute refund policy, its terms and conditions.


Terms and conditions refund policy.

 

SSF Medical Institute restricts the return of money to unique cases such as:

 

"The training program was definitively canceled and the member did not receive the service for which they signed up."

Any member found in this special and unique case will be the creditor of the return of their money, which will be returned within 120 days or more for its process and presentation before the board of directors. This period of time will be taken into account from the day it was signed and processed the refund policy form, in which the member accepts the terms and conditions of the refund policies of SSF Medical Institute 

 

At the time the money-back process is started, the member establishes a written contract where both parties (the member and Solidaridad Sin Fronteras) make an agreement for the return of the money and renounce to go to other ways of refund as long as Solidaridad Sin Fronteras does what it promised.
